Case 1: Wang Lao Ji's public-private partnership process

1828, the first Wang Lao Ji herbal tea shop opened in Guangzhou 13th line. The opening of this store marks the birth of Wang Laoji trademark;

1925, Wang Lao Ji herbal tea bag was exhibited in London on behalf of China national brands.

In the Republic of China 17 (1928), he obtained the business license of Wang Lao Ji;

1956 was always called Wang Laoji Pharmaceutical Factory;

1956, public-private partnership, named "Wang Lao Ji United Pharmaceutical Factory"

1965, renamed Guangzhou No.9 Chinese Medicine Factory.

1982 changed its name to Guangzhou Yangcheng pharmaceutical factory, and 1992 carried out shareholding system reform.

1992, boxed and canned Wang Lao Ji herbal tea were creatively produced, which can be described as the earliest herbal tea plant beverage in China and widely sought after in South China market.

After 1995, Hongdao Group cooperated with Yangcheng Pharmaceutical at that time and was authorized to produce and operate red cans and red bottles of Wang Laoji within a certain period of time.

In 2004, after joint venture development in 2005, it became today's Guangzhou wanglaoji pharmaceutical co., ltd.

In terms of products, Wang Laoji is also advancing with the times, and his products are constantly upgrading. From 1828 bowl of herbal tea to herbal tea bag in the Republic of China, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group Yangcheng Pharmaceutical Factory successfully launched boxed and canned Wang Laoji in 1992, and the boxed Wang Laoji single product sold nearly 2.5 billion yuan, becoming the first brand of Tetra Pak packaged drinks. Before 1995, boxed Wang Laoji and canned Wang Laoji were always produced and operated by GPHL. Starting from 1995, GPHL authorized Hong Kong Hongdao Group to produce red canned Wang Laoji, green boxed Wang Laoji and red Wang Can Laoji to fly with me within a certain period, representing the legend of the brand.
