Qingdao tour 3 days and 3 nights

This trip is 4 nights and 3 days, and the purpose is leisure rather than tourism (privately, I think the purpose is different, and the route arrangement will naturally be different).

Haihongqiao-Qingdao on Wednesday night, arriving in Qingdao on time at 22:30. Take the airport bus to Haitian Hotel, pay about 20 yuan for a taxi and check into the Jianyin Hotel near the trestle. It's a pity that it's too late, otherwise I could just sit at Xiehe Huatian Hotel and walk to my hotel. Qingdao's airport bus *** has two lines: Line A to Haitian Hotel, the whole journey takes about an hour. Haitian Hotel is located in the city center. It stops at Sifang Railway Station, Shangri-La Hotel and other places on the way. Friends who intend to stay in the city center or transfer to the train station can take this line. The terminus of Line B is Xiehe Huatian Hotel near Zhanqiao. The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is more convenient for friends staying at Zhanqiao and the beach to take this line. However, it should be noted that the operating hours of Line AB are different. The operating hours of Line A are from the arrival of the first domestic flight to the end of the full-day flight, with one flight every half hour; Line B has one flight at 8:00 and 9:00. 9:30-19:30, every hour. Anyway, there is a bus available whenever you arrive at the airport, so there is no need to take a taxi from the airport. (The front desk of some hotels is confused about the situation and will tell you that there is no airport bus after your flight arrives at night. I encountered the front desk of two hotels saying this, which made me worried)

D1: I walked two lines in one day.

11:00-13:00, departure from the trestle - Catholic Church (ticket: 5 yuan) - Christian Church (ticket: 7 yuan) - Signal Hill Park - Guest House (i.e. Governor General (Ticket: 15 yuan). This line is mainly for viewing buildings. You can just walk there. The scenic spots are not too far apart, and there are many old houses along the way that are worth viewing. Personally, I think there is no need to spend time visiting the two churches. The Catholic church only needs to take a few photos outside the door. The inside of the church seems to have been repainted, and there is no solemn and sacred feeling at all. You can still see the Governor's Palace on this front line, but of course you can't have too high expectations. The flower room in the Governor's Palace is still worthy of praise.

At 13:00, we took a taxi to Meidal BBQ on Zhongshan Road for lunch. It's quite practical, with grilled chicken wings, grilled squid, seafood soup, a large plate of chicken and a vegetable, it only costs 68 yuan, and the portion is twice as much as in Shanghai. The chicken wings are grilled extremely well, the best chicken wings I have ever eaten.

Take a break after lunch and depart from the trestle at 17:00 (bus) - the first bathing beach (bus) - Badaguan - the second bathing beach - Taipingjiao. You can go to one of the first and second baths. It is recommended to go to the second bath. One bath is relatively large, but there is green algae in the sea and it smells very bad. The water quality in the second bath is relatively better, the sand quality is much finer, and the surrounding environment is more beautiful. Badaguan is a large green space, but the paths in it are named after various passes of the Great Wall, hence the name. When walking in Badaguan, you can take a look at the Princess Building and the Huashi Building (tickets are 5 yuan each). Next to the Huashi Building is the Second Bath.

Take a taxi to Yunxiao Road for dinner in the evening. I chose the first hotel at the door - the Small Fishing Village Hotel, which accepts credit cards. The specialty dish of this restaurant is Yanxiang snail, which tastes particularly good. It’s also worth mentioning that the beer is very fresh and it feels like the alcohol is full of oxygen. I drank 1 jin by myself, which is a record.

D2: A day without success.

First go to Home Inn’s Shandong Road store to check in, then take the bus to the city hall and change buses to Shilaoren. It takes about 1 hour to get to Shilaoren from the city hall. Note that there are three bus stops: Shilaoren, Shilaoren Bathing Beach, and Shilaoren Scenic Garden. The swimmer went to Shilaoren Bathing Beach, but it turned out that it was windy and rainy that day, so it was not suitable for swimming, so I got off the car at Scenery Garden. The scenery park is an agricultural sightseeing park, and there is a bear pavilion next to it. I smelled the stench right at the gate, and I dared to charge 30 yuan for a ticket without any special features. In anger, he turned around and left.

On a failed day, I spent N hours in the car.

Go shopping in Taitung in the evening. The main purpose of going to Taitung is to visit the night market. I had pretty good pancakes with black fragrant rice base.

D3: A day in the sea.

I was originally going to Laoshan, but I was a little tired, so I went to the beach for a walk.

I looked at Lu Xun Park, Xiao Qingdao Park, etc. that I had not been to before, and finally went to the sea in the second bath. The second bath is more expensive than the first bath, and the entrance fee is 2 yuan each (note that it is charged when you enter regardless of whether you swim or not); it is 10 yuan to rent a swimming ring, and it is only 5 yuan to buy a swimming ring for one bath. Changing rooms cost money, and there is no hot water and minimal water flow. It is recommended that girls bring bathing supplies and towels, but I didn’t bring anything with me this time, and I was in a state of embarrassment.

After swimming, I walked around Plaza 54 (right next to the city hall, so hard to find) and Donghai Road. Dinner at Minjiang Road in the evening, in the Tang Family Courtyard, eating Sichuan cuisine.

D4: Return to Shanghai.

Have breakfast at Rujia, take a taxi to Haitian Hotel, and take the airport bus to the airport. The airport bus stopped in the backyard of the hotel, and I bought a ticket after getting on the bus. There was only one stop on the way, and the whole journey took about 50 minutes.

TIPS:

1. Living: It feels better to live by the sea. The main scenic spots in Qingdao are concentrated along the seaside. Specifically, you can live in Zhanqiao or Taipingjiao areas. There are many buses on the Zhanqiao side and the transportation is very convenient, but the sea water is not very bright. The Taipingjiao area is close to Badaguan, the seaside scenery is much better, and the transportation is also good.

What’s strange is that the two hotels I stayed in, Jianyin and Homeinn, both had a strong smell of moisture and musty. Especially Homeinn’s Shandong Road store, I almost held my breath as soon as I entered the door. Home Inn’s Taipingjiao store is naturally the first choice for many backpackers. In fact, in terms of location, Home Inn’s Zhanqiao and Guizhou Road stores are also good choices. China Construction Bank does not recommend that everyone go there. The price-performance ratio is seriously not high, and the room price of more than 400 yuan is not as good as a budget hotel. The shower head didn't produce water, the shower curtain was dirty, in short everything was inhumane.

2. OK: I have long heard that Qingdao taxis are domineering and unruly, and I was very nervous after arriving, fearing that I would encounter bad luck. However, based on my experience these days, I feel that taxi drivers are quite unsophisticated, and there are not many instances of them refusing to take passengers. There was one thing that was particularly unbearable. The taxi was so dirty and the seat upholstery hadn't been changed in I don't know how many years. Every time I get on the bus, I miss the cleanliness of Shanghai taxis and the professionalism of the drivers!

3: Travel: Qingdao is a city suitable for leisure, with few truly must-see attractions. There is not much to go to the park, and that’s about it for the squares and sculptures. What's really worth spending time on is going to the beach.

4. Eat: Yunxiao Road and Beer Street are known to most people who come to Qingdao. The stores on Yunxiao Road are all mixed, and the criteria for selection are the ones that are large and look clean. Then one day I chose a small shop. The service was not good enough, the plates were not clean, and the food tasted terrible. There are very few snacks in Qingdao, so don’t put your hopes in it.

5. Shopping: Zhongshan Road near Zhanqiao is an old commercial street with many shops, but most of them are brand stores found in major cities and have no characteristics. The new commercial center is around Hong Kong Middle Road. There is a Sunshine Department Store, but there are not many shops. In addition, the Taitung area sells small commodities, and the quality of the items in the stores is not very good.
