Walking in Tibet (1)-About High Rebellion

Tibet, the roof of the world, has an average elevation of more than 4000 meters. This height is awesome!

Tibet, where mystery and beauty blend, has to make the world crazy and fascinated!

Perhaps, everyone has a plateau dream in their hearts? However, whether we can really set foot on this land is another matter.

Traffic is getting more and more developed and farther away, which is no longer a problem; China people have solved the problem of food and clothing and money, which is not a problem; Everyone has a chance, time, and it's not a problem!

However, why are there far more people who hesitate to wait and see than those who practice? Even if everything is ready, you are still afraid of rebellion!

Gao Fan often uses horrible legends to repel many people's plateau dreams!

Indeed, going to the plateau itself is an unknown challenge. Maybe you think that you are well prepared and healthy, and you can overcome the rebellion, but the result is to run away in fear and go home; Perhaps, you are weak and old, and you are ready for the torture of high resistance, but you are safe and adapt quickly; Perhaps, you are under great psychological pressure on the road, but the result is only an understatement on you; Or, you leave with all kinds of worries, but it's like being on your own turf ... in short, no one can say whether you will be rebellious unless you go in person. It's worthwhile to gamble once in your life, but you'd better do it early!

I am a special case and have no reference value, but I still want to talk about it. I have been in poor health and have been suffering from chronic migraine for many years, so this dream can only lurk in my body in a deep sleep, but I am not reconciled. I tried my best to cure diseases and keep fit, and I also went to the western Sichuan Plateau for examination. I conquered many 234-kilometer mountains in western Sichuan, and even crossed mountains over 5000 meters. It turns out that I have no high opposition compared with my companions. Besides, I didn't feel it when my son and husband were rebellious. In addition, my son's evaluation of Tibet is not high, and I don't think I will have a high evaluation. After the preparation of 1989, my earnest heart finally made a bold decision. It's time to start, or I'll be too old to catch up. Chatting with college students in the summer vacation, but instantly hit it off and set the itinerary in an instant. The companion also said that it was only on impulse that it became a big deal!

I started soaking rhodiola cubes in water one week in advance, and my good friend gave me a box of rhodiola oral liquid and a box of pills before leaving, saying nothing. Neither of them went last year, saying that they hardly felt sick. As soon as we got on the train, we began to drink rhodiola (without interruption), but during the two nights on the train, my companion and I hardly slept, so we couldn't sleep after taking sleeping pills. I started to have a headache in the middle of the next night. I got up to take headache medicine and found that several people seemed to be tall. They either vomit or take oxygen. I have been having a headache, feeling uncomfortable and losing my appetite. I stayed in Lhasa for two or three hours, and then my head stopped hurting. I can't sleep at night and I'm not sleepy at all. And the whole nine-day trip almost insomnia every night, only occasionally take a nap. We can't sleep well in Linzhi, which is at a lower altitude. Later, we learned that this is another symptom of high treason. No wonder sleeping pills are ineffective. Later, I met the same insomnia companion in Chongqing. I asked the front desk of the hotel. The waiter said it was a high reaction and suggested taking sleeping pills.

On the Tibetan plateau, I know that high treason is far more than insomnia. A few years ago, one of our classmates had a serious reaction. She said in the group that it was too uncomfortable and painful, and she felt a little unable to live back to Sichuan. Later, everyone advised her to take oxygen immediately, and then she insisted a lot. Another college classmate went to Tibet on business. We were envious and said we could visit Tibet by the way. Who knows that she was seriously rebellious and flew back early before the end of her business trip on the third day. My companion's colleagues are more afraid because they think they are in good health. They took a bath the first night without being advised, and then they had a high fever and got pulmonary edema. They immediately flew back for rescue and did not recover for more than a month. Later, they said that not only did they not swim to Tibet, but they almost lost their lives. My good friend who went last year said that after waiting for a few nights in Japan, he felt dizzy and almost fainted. She is also a national defense agency. So we have been afraid to take a bath, especially me, which has set a record of not taking a bath for several days in a row. It's ridiculous to think about it.

Other symptoms include dizziness, lethargy, carsickness, etc. There is also diarrhea and bloating, like a stomachache; Some nasal congestion and poor breathing are due to dryness and lack of oxygen. Lips and nostrils are dry, which we encounter every day. Our companions are still out of breath, and only after eating ginseng tablets can they be relieved.

But many people have no high opposition at all, or only slight high opposition, and it will soon pass. Although we have insomnia, colds and headaches almost every day, we still insist on traveling. So people who go to the plateau should be more or less unwell, depending on your physical strength and endurance.

In short, don't be afraid to go if you want. Most people are fine. Only one young couple in our group has been taking oxygen continuously, and nothing else is a big problem.

However, when you first arrive at the plateau, you really need to stop drinking water and take a bath, walk slowly and don't run and jump. Speaking of running and jumping, I tried. I remember jumping twice in Namco, ready to take a picture of the jump. As a result, I immediately felt chest pain, which suddenly stopped after running for a long time, so I immediately stopped my companion from jumping again. In Tibet, drinking more water, eating more fruits, eating more vegetables, drinking yogurt and having a good rest will all help to alleviate altitude sickness.

In fact, altitude sickness is not as terrible as the legend. Most people can basically cope, make all kinds of preparations, go while young, choose summer with abundant plants and choose to go by train. There is basically no problem. Of course, elderly people with high blood pressure, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and older age should be cautious when going.

The tour guide also told us that rhodiola sachalinensis and the like have almost no effect, and if there is, it is only a psychological effect.

In short, everyone's situation is different, will they be in high spirits, and only when they go will they know that it is right to make all kinds of preparations in advance!

Friends, don't be afraid, the blue sky and white clouds in Tibet have waved to you, pack your bags and set out boldly!
