Are there usually surveillance systems in hotel conference rooms?

General hotel conference rooms do not have surveillance cameras. If they do, it is illegal and an invasion of privacy. However, some high-end hotels will install surveillance cameras, but their function is only for some customers who have video conferencing needs, but I would like to say that there are really not many such hotels.
