I. Voluntary declaration

People who have lived in high, medium and low-risk areas for 7 days should report to their communities (villages), units or hotels in advance with negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures such as centralized isolation medical observation, home isolation medical observation, and three-day two-inspection.

Second, there is no need to go out of the province.

Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are coming. In view of the current epidemic situation, it is advocated that the general public should not go out of the province unnecessarily, especially not to high, medium and low risk areas or epidemic-related areas with case reports; Cadres and workers of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions should take the lead in implementation. If you have to go, you must strictly carry out the examination and approval procedures, who will be responsible for the examination and approval, and do a good job of personal protection throughout. After returning to the pool, you should take the initiative to report to the community (village) and units, and cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures such as isolation control and nucleic acid detection.

Third, strengthen the control of key places.

1. Strengthen the control of traffic checkpoints. Railway stations, bus stations, Jiuhuashan Airport and high-speed exits should classify and check the "two yards" and negative certificates of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours according to the list of health management responsibilities of personnel who come (return) to the pool every day, so as to ensure that no one person or a car is missed, and timely and accurately push the personnel involved in epidemic prevention risks to the local epidemic prevention station to implement health management measures. All outside (back) pool personnel in the province shall be subject to "landing inspection".

2. Strengthen campus management and control. Compacting the main responsibility of the school, strictly implementing the "full staff inspection" and the daily 20% teacher-student rotation inspection. Colleges, secondary vocational schools and all kinds of boarding schools should strengthen their daily management, implement the morning and afternoon inspection system, improve the health status and risk exposure information files of students and their resident students, and advocate that students should not leave school unless necessary and go to places where people gather, participate or hold large-scale gathering activities. During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, teachers and students of colleges and secondary vocational schools in Chi can "leave school and stay in Chizhou" in principle.

3. Strengthen enterprise management and control. Industrial and mining enterprises, construction sites and commercial units should implement the main responsibility, strictly implement home health monitoring and "three days and two inspections" for migrant workers who have returned to the province in the past seven days, and continue to track their health status for one week. Departments in charge of various industries urge employers to include new employees in the regular nucleic acid detection range of key populations in time, dynamically adjust and update the detection list of key populations, and implement "all inspections should be carried out".

4. Strengthen the control of public places. Scenic spots, hotels, farmers' markets, service halls, medical institutions, welfare institutions, pharmacies, schools, prisons, bath centers, KTV and other places should set up "place codes" and strictly implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, "two yards" inspection, ventilation and disinfection; Hotels, homestays and other accommodation places should strengthen the registration and inquiry of check-in personnel, check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and it is strictly forbidden to accept people who need isolation or home health monitoring. The competent departments of the industry should strengthen the normalization supervision, and those who fail to implement or even refuse to rectify will be dealt with seriously according to the law.
