This is the first thing to be clear. Taking a group photo is definitely not a matter of understanding the camera. The so-called "ten minutes on stage, ten years off stage", the preparatory work in the early stage directly determines the success or failure of the group photo.

The first thing is to determine the location:

1, the number of people in the station must be guaranteed, and several rows must be tested on site.

2. The weather, such as sunny days, is usually taken outdoors. If it rains, there must be an indoor spare venue.

3. Background: It is a good choice to choose a concise background related to the theme of the conference, the company's iconic background and landmark buildings.

For an influential background, it is more important to choose the light, and choose the priority according to the following conditions.

1, the sun does not shine (diffuse scattering): the subject's face is evenly illuminated and his eyes are opened;

2. Backlight: The back of the meeting personnel is exposed to the sun, and the face is dull, but the eyes are open;

3, facing the sun: the face of the meeting staff glows, the oil overflows, and the eyes can't be opened;

Determine the positions of the main participants according to the participants, print out the position information, and give a copy to the guide.

1, the overall shape behind the station is rectangular, which is similar to the size of the camera photo, too narrow or too square.

2. If it is a stool, you can post your name in an inconspicuous place on the stool; If you are standing, you can mark the most important position on the ground with inconspicuous labels.

As far as my experience is concerned, the mess at the station is the most common. Last year, after I fixed the spot on the ground at the seminar, the effect was much better.

The effect of taking a group photo should have been tested when preparing for the meeting, so before shooting, you should set up a tripod at the venue according to the previous test, adjust the camera parameters, and shoot immediately after the personnel are seated.

In fact, the tour guide is more important than the photographer, otherwise there will be war. Generally, there are three guides, one in the middle and one on both sides, not too many, too many are easy to command. The instructor should first guide the general participants to stand in their own positions, and then welcome the main guests to their seats.

When guiding, the guiding personnel should be able to understand the photographer's command on the one hand and command the crowd to be domineering on the other.

The station is really messy. What should I do if some lines are not full? At this time, you often command too much, which will make the meeting staff at a loss, because they can't see themselves in the team. When taking a group photo, the safest thing is to shout "one, two, three", but if you want a good atmosphere, you have to prepare some jokes. A serious "thank you …" is more orthodox, and even better, it is a joke. For example, it is best to "make a fortune" and "become more and more beautiful" according to the occasion. In fact, this has been bothering me, because my literary background is relatively poor, and this sentence is not easy to make.

Seeing this, I don't seem to have said anything about the camera, because taking a group photo with the camera is really the least important thing. As long as the previous parameters are selected correctly, just use the automatic gear, and the rest is really about pressing the shutter. Here are three suggestions:

3. When taking photos, there should be a suitable background around the meeting personnel's station. First, the picture will not be too depressing. Second, it is convenient to add the title of the meeting at the top in the future. If you don't feel good about it, it's better to cut off the background around the blank area to avoid crowding.
