In the game, if you need to pay but there is no cash to pay, the player needs to auction his hotel or real estate or mortgage it to the bank to tide over the difficulty. If a player has no cash, no land deed, and no hotel, the player becomes bankrupt, and the last player who is not bankrupt is declared the final winner.
