Compensation standard for hotel expropriation under epidemic situation

During the use of the hotel, if the number of hotel rooms used exceeds 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation will be given according to the actual number of hotel rooms used; If the number of used hotel rooms is less than or equal to 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation shall be paid according to 50% of the total number of hotel rooms. During the vacant period of the hotel, compensation will be given according to 30% of the total number of rooms requisitioned.

In the outbreak and epidemic of infectious diseases, according to the needs of epidemic control of infectious diseases, the State Council has the right to urgently mobilize personnel or reserve materials within its administrative area, and temporarily requisition houses, vehicles and related facilities and equipment.
