Accord to that regulation of the measures for the administration of public security in entertainment place,

Bathing centers and other entertainment places shall be filed with the Public Security Brigade of the Public Security Bureau within 15 days after obtaining the business license; After accepting the filing, the public security department shall notify the local public security police station within 5 days.

The police station in the jurisdiction will conduct procuratorial supervision on the daily fire control work of the bathing center and whether there are illegal acts.
