According to the requirements of Shandong Province’s “Comprehensive Plan for the Normalized Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Epidemic”, in order to further strengthen Our city's tourist hotels have normalized the epidemic prevention and control, and consolidated and expanded the continued good results of epidemic prevention and control. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Do not slack off in all prevention and control work. All tourist hotels conscientiously follow the requirements of the "Guidance Manual for Epidemic Prevention and Control in the Tourism Accommodation Industry of Shandong Province", implement the main responsibilities, promptly revise and improve normalized prevention and control plans and emergency plans, strictly implement prevention and control regulations, and refine prevention and control responsibilities and management systems , fully replenish necessary epidemic prevention equipment and supplies to achieve precise control and warm service.
2. Strengthen the declaration and registration of foreign residents. Strictly implement the temporary accommodation registration and reporting system for immigrants and people coming to Thailand from key epidemic areas, proactively report the health status, activity trajectory, contacts, etc. of foreigners to the public security organs or relevant epidemic prevention and control departments as soon as possible, and cooperate with the implementation of isolation and observation and other prevention measures control measures. If the host hotel or individual fails to register, manage, or report their information as required, they will be severely dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations.
3. Focus on comprehensive prevention at key locations and links. We will conscientiously implement the "temperature measurement + health code verification" measures, and do a solid job in monitoring guests' body temperature, checking the "Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code", registering identity information, and reminding guests to wear masks. For those who have abnormal body temperatures found during monitoring, temporary isolation measures will be taken immediately and they will be arranged to go to medical institutions for investigation and diagnosis. Gyms, swimming pools, bathing places, coffee shops, tea rooms, chess and card rooms and other entertainment and consumption places in hotels are allowed to open if they meet the conditions. The number of people must be strictly controlled, and the "distance between people shall not be less than 1 meter" shall be strictly implemented to avoid Too many people gather together. The temporary detention observation points set up by hotels must meet the requirements of scientific and reasonable, comfortable and convenient, safe and reliable, and implement closed management. Adhere to prevention first, improve the health literacy level of hotel employees, and develop civilized and hygienic habits of "one meter noodles", washing hands frequently, and wearing masks. All employees pay attention to personal protection during work and management services, and wear masks and gloves throughout the process. Strengthen hotel ventilation and disinfection, strictly abide by daily cleaning, disinfection and hygiene measures for linens, guest rooms, kitchens, foyers, restaurants, conference rooms, elevator public areas, etc., and implement standardized operation and management. Strictly control food raw materials, cleaning and disinfection, cooking and production, and express delivery. It is strictly forbidden to cook and prepare wild animal dishes to ensure food hygiene and safety.
4. Take the lead in implementing the meal-sharing system and the public spoon and double chopsticks system. Take the lead in participating in the public spoon and chopsticks system service commitment activities, strictly implement Shandong Province's "Guidelines for the Design and Implementation of Shared Meal System in the Catering Industry" and "Implementation Guidelines for Contactless Meal Service by Catering Providers". Based on its own business positioning and different consumption scenarios, it adopts the "separated meal system" "Separating meals with serving spoons" and "serving meals for self-service" provide meal sharing services, making serving serving spoons and chopsticks a new normal in tourist hotel services.
5. Continuously improve management services and emergency response capabilities. Strengthen the maintenance and management of hotel service facilities and rest areas to keep them complete and intact. Increase the frequency of sanitation and cleaning to ensure a clean and beautiful environment. Strengthen duty monitoring and establish a rapid response and rapid handling mechanism for tourists' inquiries and complaints. Once a suspected patient is discovered, an emergency plan will be activated immediately, normal business operations will be suspended, all entrances and exits will be quickly closed, personnel will be prohibited from moving or leaving without authorization, and reports will be reported to the disease control agency. Contact with items suspected to have been used by patients should be stopped immediately, and terminal disinfection should be carried out under the guidance of the disease control agency. Business can only be resumed after passing the inspection.
