How to check if you suspect that the front desk is greedy for money

If the amount of personal corruption is less than 5,000 yuan, and the circumstances are relatively minor, administrative sanctions shall be given at the discretion of the unit to which they belong or the competent authority at a higher level. The competent department may punish or dismiss the front desk, and deduct part of the salary from it. If the circumstances are serious, the perpetrator deliberately makes things difficult and threatens the relevant units and individuals, causing adverse effects. The public security organ may file a case for prosecution.

According to Article 382 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the crime of corruption refers to the act of state functionaries taking advantage of their positions to embezzle, steal, defraud or otherwise illegally occupy public property. Personnel entrusted by state organs, state-owned companies, enterprises, institutions and people's organizations to manage state-owned property, who take advantage of their positions to embezzle, steal, defraud or otherwise illegally occupy state-owned property, shall be punished as corruption.
