Method for making crispy hoof

condiments

A little spiced powder on the hoof

A little salt, a little cooking wine.

Baking soda 1g rosemary is optional.

1. Remove hoof bones, wash and dry the surface moisture. Sprinkle salt and allspice evenly on the meat noodles. Pour the cooking wine into a plate and add a little rosemary (no need to put it). Cover the container with plastic wrap and marinate for more than half an hour or overnight.

2. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for five minutes, put the hooves and pork on it and bake it 15 minutes before taking it out. The holes in the pigskin are densely packed with toothpicks.

3. Apply a little baking soda and thin oil to the skin, put it back in the oven, and bake the skin upward 15 minutes.

4. After the skin is blistered, the temperature is lowered to 150 degrees, and the skin becomes crisp in about 10- 15 minutes, and then the skin is taken out and cooled.

Cut into small pieces and put them in the pot.

skill

Wrapping it in tin foil should make it more stylish and prevent the meat from being too dry and hard. But I am lazy. It's crisp with soda peel. But don't put too much, or the appearance and color of leather will not look good. One gram of baking soda is enough for such a big one.
