There are no requirements! But you are an apprentice in a hotel, see if there is a master willing to take you. Without a master to take you, you can't learn anything in it alone, you can only wander at the bottom, wasting only your own time. Teachers are generally unwilling to teach, so choose a good school! The teacher teaches by hand.
