Leaching materials: 2 tsps of soy sauce, sesame oil 1 tsp.

working methods

1. After buying the clam, soak it in clear water, put a spoonful of salt for 30 minutes, and let it spit out sediment. Then boil the water and put the clam in it for ironing. As soon as you see the clam's shell open, take it out and put it in cold water. Then take it out and peel off the meat for later use.

2. Shrimp shell, head and sand line, leaving two tails. Then add the marinated shrimp material together with the clam shell and marinate for 10 minutes or one night. Chop the onion and set it aside.

3. Stir two eggs with 200 grams of warm water at about 30-40 degrees. Skim the floating powder with a spoon and pour it into two small bowls respectively.

4. After boiling water, put the bowl on the drawer in the steamer, sprinkle chopped green onion into the egg liquid, cover it with plastic wrap and steam for 8 minutes.

After 5.8 minutes, open the lid and you can see that the egg liquid is basically solidified. Here, put mussels and shrimps on the surface of the egg mixture.

6. Cover the pot, turn to medium heat and steam for another 3 minutes.

After 7.3 minutes, hold the lid with chopsticks, as shown in the figure. Let the pan dry and steam for another 4 minutes.

8. In the process of steaming eggs, adjust the soy sauce and sesame oil in the sauce for later use.

9. When the lid is opened, put two mussel shells on it, and then sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame oil to eat.
