Directed by David S. Hogan, this film tells the story of the American Civil War in the early 20th century, when the dictatorship overthrew the democratic system and Congress supervised it. Just men rose up against violence, and the whole country was filled with smoke, and martial law was imposed more strictly everywhere.

The only free city, Ganggang, is full of dragons and snakes. Fire Phoenix runs a bar here, works as a part-time catcher and fights side by side with a group of rioters. Su Ai is a freedom fighter. She once fell in love with the fire phoenix, helped the female scientist Dr. Dai escape from Washington, and fled to the steel port with her. When cornered, she turned to the fire phoenix for help, and they had a subtle feeling.

The film is set in the American Civil War, and the performance scene is sincere and touching. This DVD is also accompanied by a super sexy scene shot by Pamela Anderson specially for this DVD.
