About Burgundy Cabernet Sauvignon

Burgundy red wine is produced in the Burgundy region of central France. Except beaujolais in the south, all other regions are brewed with Black Pi Nuo, which is an exquisite grape variety. Contrary to the adaptability of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes all over the world, this grape has higher requirements for planting and brewing. Grape red wine in Burgundy generally has the following characteristics:

1) Compared with Bordeaux, the yield is lower.

2) Prices are generally high.

3)AOC producing areas are small in scale, large in quantity, complicated in naming and easily confused by novices.

4) It is mainly produced in four sub-producing areas: Cottor Dor, Cotter Jean Makoun Nye, Jean Macoun and beaujolais, among which the red wine produced in Jin Po has the highest quality.
