Which is better, the front desk receptionist or the front desk reservation clerk?

This can't be generalized. Reception at the front desk can get in touch with more guests and leaders of the hotel, which is conducive to cultivating your ability and upgrading. Booking clerk is relatively easy, but basically the second-line service does not directly face the guests. The best thing about booking staff is that they don't have to change shifts (there is a big night shift at the front desk).
