It is best to speak Korean or English! General hotel English is ok, depending on the size of the hotel. If they are big, they should be able to speak Chinese. Even if they can't speak Chinese, they can look up the dictionary and talk to them in simple English! Only a few sentences are used in the hotel. You can ask someone around you to translate it for you. And the service industry in Korea is very polite. Don't worry about the service problems brought by the language!
