Changsha Agricultural University is Hunan Agricultural University. Hunan Agricultural University, referred to as Hunan Agricultural University, is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a university jointly established by the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Hunan Provincial People's Government, the construction unit led by the National 201/KLOC-0 Collaborative Innovation Center, the first batch of pilot units for the construction of new rural development research institutes in China, and the first batch of pilot universities for the national outstanding agricultural and forestry talents education and training program. Extended information Hunan Agricultural University started from a private school founded on June 8, 1903/KLOC-0, and went through the stages of Hunan Private Higher Agricultural Vocational School, Hunan Agricultural College and Hunan Agricultural College. 1951March, Hunan Agriculture and Forestry College and Hunan University Agricultural College merged to form Hunan Agricultural College; In June of the same year+10, President Mao Zedong wrote the name of the school in his own handwriting.
