4, air conditioning control
The room air conditioner can display and control the real-time state of the room temperature by using the thermostat, which can display the current temperature and the three-speed state of the fan, and upload and receive data through the controller host. And has the following functions:
When a guest checks in at the front desk, the front desk staff can turn on the air conditioner in the room through the system management software and set the operating temperature, mode and delay time. After the card is inserted, it will be controlled by the temperature control panel, running in the occupied state (the system is not divided into rental/waiting state), and at the same time, the guest will manually modify the switch of the thermostat and set the room temperature and three-speed fan. The system management software can be controlled remotely. After the card is pulled out, the system runs in the preset state (no one is renting). The guest room is kept at 26 degrees (the above temperature and time values can be set). When the room is not rented out or the guest checks out, the system will enter the energy-saving mode (not rented out), and the room will automatically run at a low speed of 15 minutes per hour or in other freely settable states (the above temperature and time values can be set) to maintain air circulation in the room. Whether the solenoid valve is controlled depends on the requirements of management.
5. Safety monitoring
Detect the open state of doors, windows and safes, make safety judgments in combination with the occupancy state of various time periods provided by the access control switch of identification cards, and provide early warning information to the housing management department and the security department.
Room door magnetic switch: when the guest opens the door and inserts the room card, the room corridor lights up automatically and the bed light lights up. At the same time, the icon of opening/closing the door is displayed on the management computer, and the time is recorded for reference. When the room is rented, the system will set the time from 18: 00 to 6: 00 the next day. When the opening time reaches 15 minutes, the system will automatically give an alarm and ask the security guard (or waiter) to arrive at the room to remind the guests to close the door, so as to remove the alarm and improve the safety of the hotel. Magnetic switch of security door: No matter the state of any guest room, whether the access card is inserted or not, it can display the open or closed state on the network management computer and record the time. When the guest leaves the hotel and is ready to check out, the front desk staff will check the status of the safe. If the safe is closed, it will remind the guests whether there are any valuables left in the room. Ensure the safety of guests' property.
6. Shadow services
When it is determined whether there is anyone in the room, the occupancy of the room can be monitored through the floor service desk. If the guest in the room is not on a business trip, the waiter can take the initiative to clean the garbage in the room for the guest. When guests come back, they will feel refreshed and comfortable when they see the room clean and tidy. When managers want to inquire about the service personnel in a certain work area, they only need to open the service personnel browsing module on the customer control management software, which is convenient for managers to allocate the service personnel's work in time and improve the service quality of the hotel-fast, punctual and accurate.
