The high salary trap in job hunting
Job seekers hope that their salary can be as high as possible, but it should also be based on personal reality. The following is an interpretation of the high salary trap in job hunting. Come and have a look.
"High-paying Employment" defrauds the registration fee
Four months ago, the Garden Police Station of Fucheng District Public Security Bureau busted a criminal gang that defrauded money by high-paying employment in Mianyang, arrested more than 30,000 suspects 10, and seized more than 30,000 false job advertisements on the spot.
The public security organs found out that the gang were all from Fengdu County, Chongqing. In the name of recruiting male and female public relations, waiters, bodyguards and private chaperones in star-rated hotels, they made their own small advertisements, and offered a surprisingly high salary: 1.5 million yuan per night, 1.5 million-20,000 yuan per month, and every day they worked. However, if they want to get these "high-paying positions", they must leave before the so-called "interview". In order to make these small advertisements effective, scammers hire a large number of unemployed people and street children with the daily remuneration of 5 yuan, and post them in the bustling area of Mianyang city, tempting them to be deceived. In order to avoid police monitoring and reduce the suspicion of the deceived, scammers constantly change the interview location, bank account number and mobile phone number in advertisements. By the time of the crime, the swindler had defrauded the amount of 1 10,000 yuan.
Police tip: In recent years, the number of laid-off workers has increased, and the pressure of job hunting has increased. Liars take advantage of people's eagerness to find jobs. Even if you are eager to apply for a job, you should pay more attention to: Why is the salary so high and easy to earn? Don't be hot-headed and blinded by high salary.
Beware of employment fraud and don't believe it.
A contract worker with only junior high school education won the trust of eight college students and their parents by boasting that "knowing a leader can arrange students to work in public security, taxation and other departments" and charged nearly 200,000 yuan for activities. Recently, this swindler was arrested by the public security organs.
Zhang Yong, a 26-year-old contract worker in Wutun Town, yanliang district, Xi City, is mainly responsible for collecting the electricity fee of the village. In the process of receiving electricity, he boasted to the villagers that he had great energy and could help find a job. As long as he pays the "activity fee", he can enter any unit he wants.
The first person to fall for it was Xia, a junior high school classmate. Xia graduated from a university in Ann this year. Boasted to Xia's mother that she had relatives who knew the leaders in the district, so it was not a problem to find a job. Then he took 30,000 yuan of "activity fee" from Xia's home four times, and promised to take Xia to a key middle school in yanliang district as a teacher. After getting the money, Zhang Yong always shirked it on the grounds of the general election in the district. Seeing that in March, Xia still had no hope of paying back the money after signing the agreement, but Zhang Yong reluctantly returned less than 20,000 yuan.
Soon after, it was suggested that the local police station lacked a household registration clerk and promised to pay more. Xia's family once again paid for his "activities". This time, it took 160 yuan to engrave the seal of "Public Security Bureau of yanliang district City, Shaanxi Province" and put a fake seal on Xia's employment agreement. However, this "agreement" was seen through by the school and was forced to refund the fee again at Xia's strong request.
Zhang Yong later defrauded the trust of seven college students and their parents, and successively obtained the "activity fee" 1.65 million yuan. After being entrusted, Zhang Yong asked people to write down the corresponding units on the employment agreement of graduates according to the requirements of the other party, and stamped their official seals. In this way, Zhang Yong "arranged" the seven college students to the State Taxation Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau and other units in yanliang district, Xi City.
On July 30th, when Zhang Yong "managed" a graduate's employment agreement to collect money, he was caught by the local police station.
Four tricks to teach you to distinguish between true and false recruitment information
First, we should pay attention not to publish the recruitment information of the company name.
Companies that don't publish their names are probably companies that are not legally registered, or companies that are cheated by some intermediaries in the name of recruitment. They are notorious in the industry and dare not show their true colors.
Second, we should pay attention to the recruitment information released for a long time.
If you are interested, you can find that some recruitment information has been published in newspapers for a long time, such as the evening paper. I noticed that some information was published in newspapers almost all the year round, and it was well paid. The authenticity of this recruitment information can be imagined.
Third, we should pay attention to whether the recruiting unit only leaves a mailbox or a post office box.
In order to obtain the personal information of job seekers, individual illegal intermediaries obtain a large number of personal information of job seekers by this means without work, and sometimes they may sell the personal information of job seekers to other companies for profit.
Fourth, we should pay attention to whether the recruitment volume of the recruiting unit is too large.
Some recruitment information gives people the impression that newly established enterprises need to recruit people from department managers, secretaries and finance to telephone operators and security guards. Of course, it does not rule out that new enterprises do have such recruitment needs, but there are many false information of illegal intermediaries, which need the broad masses of job seekers to polish their eyes to identify.
