1. Total expenditure limit:

The total expenditure of Chinese Super League clubs in a single fiscal year The total expenditure of a Chinese League One club in a single fiscal year shall not exceed RMB 200 million; the total expenditure of a Chinese League Two club in a single fiscal year shall not exceed RMB 50 million.

If the club’s total expenditure in a single fiscal year exceeds the limit by no more than 20, 6 league points will be deducted; if the total expenditure exceeds the limit by more than 20 but not more than 40, 12 league points will be deducted; And so on.

2. Salary limit for Chinese Super League players

The salary of domestic players shall not exceed 5 million yuan before tax, the salary of U21 players shall not exceed 300,000 yuan before tax, and the salary of foreign players shall not exceed 3 million euros before tax. . The total salary of foreign players in a single season cannot exceed 10 million euros, and the average salary of domestic players cannot exceed 3 million yuan.

In addition, according to the new regulations, the bonus limit for Chinese Super League clubs is: 3 million yuan for the Chinese Super League and Football Association Cup winning prizes, 1 million yuan for flat goals; 6 million yuan for the AFC Champions League winning prizes, 200 yuan for flat goals Ten thousand yuan. In addition, the club can set up a mobile bonus of no more than 10 million yuan each season and decide how to use it. The mobile bonus will be included in the club's expenditure limit.

If the collective salary of local players exceeds the limit, 9 league points will be deducted. If a foreign player's salary exceeds the salary limit, 9 points will be deducted. If you violate the rules at the same time, you will be punished cumulatively, and 3 points will be deducted for each violation of the winning bonus.

3. Club neutral name

The official name specification for club registration is: administrative region club name, football club corporate organizational form; club name cannot exceed 4 Chinese characters; club registration abbreviation or ball Team name specifications: Administrative region club name; the name shall not contain the names of other legal persons or unincorporated organizations, and shall not use non-Chinese characters.

This also means that Shanghai SIPG, Jiangsu Suning, Guangzhou Evergrande and other clubs will change their names.

4. Remuneration of naturalized players

According to the new regulations, each club can choose its own naturalized players to implement corresponding salary limits according to the standards of domestic players or foreign players (including player personal salary) limit, the average salary limit of domestic players or the total salary of foreign players), and be registered with the Chinese Football Association or an agency authorized by the Chinese Football Association.
