Guizhou Tour 20 19 (1) —— Millennium Dong Village in Zhaoxing
traffic
Zhaoxing Dongzhai is very close to Congjiang high-speed railway station, and Congjiang high-speed railway station is on the Guiyang-Guangzhou line. Many places can take the high-speed train directly to Congjiang. I take the high-speed train from Guiyang to Congjiang Station, which only takes 1 hour for more than 40 minutes. Arrive at Congjiang Station via Longlibei and Sandu County (from here to Libo). The bus stop is on the right side of the station, and there is a direct bus to Zhaoxing Dongzhai. It takes more than ten minutes to get there.
In front of the first gate of Dongcun is a vast square, where the 20 18 Spring Festival Gala Sub-venue is located. On one side of the square stands a silver moon-shaped Dong headdress, and the Drum Tower is being built in the center of the square. There is a parking lot opposite the house door. If you drive, you can park your car here. After buying the ticket, you can walk or take sightseeing bus to Zhaimen. If you take CMB, the driver will let you get off and buy a ticket, and then get on the bus and enter the stockade.
on one's pins
There are many inns in Dong Village. I live in Lancaoxin Inn on the banks of Zhaoxing River. The name of the inn is "Lancaoxin", which I think is very meaningful. Orchids are elegant, and the flowers decorated in the inn are mostly orchids. Grass, with the vigorous vitality of grass. Xin, for the rising sun. I like this feeling.
The inn is a three-story wooden building with a teahouse on the first floor. Small ornaments of various colors are placed on the decorative cabinets against the wall, and the chlorophytum cut in the small vase is full of vitality.
The service desk next to Xia Lan exudes a fragrance.
Colorful flowers are in full bloom outside the window ... how beautiful it is to sit by the small window, or read a book, or chat, listening to the sound of the rushing river outside the window and looking at the dry railing and wooden building on the other side of the river.
I live on the second floor and go upstairs along the steps. Orchids hanging on the wall greet the guests. There are orchids in front of the guest room, and hanging up quietly in the corridor makes me feel at home.
Although the room is not big, it is exquisite and warm. The wooden window is very original. Through the white gauze curtain, you can see the opposite Dong Muwu. Grass-green floor-to-ceiling curtains are in perfect harmony with wooden windows, and chlorophytum is cut into small vases and placed on wooden frames. Pushing open the window, the wet wind blew, the river was rushing, and the window of the opposite building was half open and half closed.
The toiletries placed in the bathroom are also common brands at home, which reflects the intention of the innkeeper in details.
Xiao Liu, the manager of Lancaoxin Inn, is a student who just graduated from college. He comes from the southeast of Guizhou. He is kind, capable, steady and humorous. Sometimes we chat at the door, and he talks about his work and life. On the wooden building opposite Dong, there is his new friend next door. When a friend is busy, he will take care of his friend's children. From his gentle description, I felt the warmth between him and his neighbors, which also gave us tourists.
Three treasures songs in Dong villages
Fortunately, when I arrived in Dongzhai, it happened to be the Dong people's festival-June 6th, which was their Zongzi Festival (they didn't celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival of the Han people). During the festival, I eat zongzi and sing Dong songs to celebrate the festival. When Xiao Liu picked me up, he told me that there was a performance competition of Dong people's big songs at the performance venue in the afternoon.
Dong folk songs originated in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. It has a history of more than 2500 years. It is a natural and harmonious folk chorus with multi-voices, no command, no accompaniment in Dong area of China. 1986, at the Golden Autumn Art Festival in Paris, France, the Dong nationality's big song made a stunning appearance, which was considered as "music shining like a clear spring, a melody that passed by the edge of an ancient dream". In 2009, Dong folk songs were listed as masterpieces of the intangible cultural heritage of the world.
There were many spectators sitting on the long bench in the performance venue, so I found an empty seat to sit down. Because the seats are not graded, the audience in front is still a little blocking the line of sight. But I can't stop the melody like natural spring water from being introduced into the auricle. It feels so primitive and pure.
It praises the friendship between labor, nature, love and human beings, and it is a kind of harmony between man and nature and between people. Dong people's big songs come from nature and life. For example, cicada singing is made by imitating cicada singing.
They listen to nature after work and imitate nature to form their own music. A middle-aged man in Dong Village told me that because Dong people have no characters, Dong people's big songs are all passed down from mouth to mouth. Since June 6th, Dong Jia has had many festivals. Because all kinds of crops, vegetables and fruits have been harvested one after another, the Dong people are particularly happy. They celebrated the harvest in the form of festivals. After listening to Brother Dong's introduction, I admire them very much. They can integrate happiness into their work and life. Although the living conditions are hard, you can find ways to enjoy and nourish your heart through suffering.
There are more than forty performance teams in Zhaoxing Dong Village and its surrounding Dong Village. Each performance team wears Dong costumes of different colors, but the headdress and style all reflect the characteristics of Dong costumes.
Dong costumes advocate black and blue, which highlights the dignified and profound national characteristics of Dong people. In the skirt and cuffs, bright embroidery and brocade patterns are dotted, which is in contrast with the large area of black and blue clothes, and it will not be too dull and monotonous in the dark tone, which embodies the aesthetic principle of Dong people's low-key, restrained and implicit.
But as a costume, the colors are much richer. I carefully observed women's clothes. They tied their hair in a bun on their heads. In order to make the bun bigger, they tied their hair with fine black cotton thread and then tied it. Then put all kinds of silver ornaments on the bun.
They wear dresses and short skirts. Their dresses are open and double-breasted. The neckline, cuffs and other parts are inlaid with all kinds of lace, and the waist is tied with a silver apron, showing its graceful figure. After tightening the waist, gradually contract from bottom to top, so that the whole chest is in an open state, and then properly lined with splendid chest bags. Knee-length pleated skirt, below the knee, with leggings coordinated with the dress, easy to walk and work.
Their silver ornaments are luxurious and exotic, and a pair of exquisite earrings adorn the whole face. The huge silver collar on the chest shows elegance. A small silver back is hung on the back, which properly fills the gap in the back and matches the silver collar on the chest.
I watched curiously as they put on makeup and combed their hair. Old and young actors are committed to doing all this. I asked them,
"Are the headdress and necklace silver?"
"If it was silver, it would have disappeared long ago." An actor laughed.
Each performance team took the stage in turn, sang their own songs emotionally, and finally awarded the first, second and third prizes.
The winning team was in high spirits and set off firecrackers to celebrate.
Those who didn't win the prize were not as excited as those who won the prize, but they also felt a little satisfied after participating. They took the luggage prepared for the performance and walked along the main street of Zhaoxing Dong Village like a landscape.
Dongzhai Sanbao Gulou
Drum tower is the symbol of Dong village and one of the three treasures of Dong village. There is a saying that "there is no village without Drum Tower". The Drum Tower is both their home and their temple. Zhaoxing Tongzhai Drum Tower is a multi-storey pagoda-style wooden structure, and the columns and plates made of Chinese fir are connected by tenons without nailing. As the center of political and cultural activities in Dong villages, Drum Tower has the functions of assembly, deliberation, sacrifice, entertainment and leisure. Almost all the Drum Towers occupy the best position of feng shui and sight in the village or "group".
The five drum towers in Zhaoxing belong to five "groups" respectively. Seen from the slope, the five drum towers are arranged in the shape of a big ship, with a bow, a stern, a shed and two masts. Zhaoxing people hope to take this boat back to the place where their ancestors Luoyue once lived. The Drum Tower is a unique cultural symbol of the Dong people. Dong family members not only live in the Drum Tower, but also their souls.
The Drum Tower and the surrounding blue landscape, green trees and wooden buildings in Dong Shi form a harmonious and beautiful picture.
At night, the Drum Tower shines like five golden crowns, which is mysterious and solemn from ancient times to the present.
The setting sun shines on the top of the Drum Tower, giving Dong Village the last ray of sunshine every day.
Dongzhai Sanbao Zhihua Bridge
Huaqiao (wind and rain bridge, Dong people call Huaqiao) is one of the three treasures of Dong people. There is a bridge corridor on the flower bridge, and there are benches on both sides of the aisle of the bridge corridor for people to sit on. Comb railings are beautiful and airy.
On the clear and calm Zhaoxing River, five flower bridges of similar size and different styles lie quietly. Corresponding to the five drum towers respectively.
These flower bridges are all made of Chinese fir with staggered eaves and teeth. All beams, columns, purlins and plates are assembled by tenons and buckles, without riveting. After years of wind and rain, people and animals walked around without any loosening and deformation, and the exquisite craftsmanship was amazing.
People in Dong Village sit on the benches in the bridge, some play cards, some chat, some lie on the benches and take a nap, so as to relax.
Huaqiao Bridge connects people on both sides of Zhaoxing River, and it is also a place for people to relax and enjoy the cool. The river flows under the bridge, and the current brings wind, which is a very cool place in summer.
In the upper part of Huaqiao Gallery, there are colorful murals, including Dong myths, ancestral legends, customs and festivals, Dong totem signs, and even stories from Dong folklore.
There are lights hanging on the beams, and when night falls, the lights come on. Flower bridge is more beautiful, like a flower boat walking on water.
Passing by here every day, returning to the inn, just like Dong Jia, sitting on the stone bench, listening to the sound of water, bathing, looking at the green trees and wooden buildings on both sides, beautiful feelings and pictures flow into my heart.
A glimpse of Dongzhai-entrance 1
Get off the bus is the official entrance of the stockade, and Zhaoxing River slowly flows out of the stockade.
Ganlan Mulou is located between Qingshan and paddy fields, and the smoke from the kitchen rises slowly.
The waterwheel turns slowly to water the rice fields. What you see is such a picture of a rural family. I'm here quietly waiting for Xiao Liu from Lancaoxin Inn to pick me up.
A glimpse of Dongzhai —— Yidong Cultural Exhibition Center
When you go to Dong Village, you should visit the Dong Culture Exhibition Center. The cultural life of Dong people is introduced here.
The building in the yard is a two-story dry-rail wooden structure.
The wooden buildings in the front yard mainly display Dong Lusheng, Dong opera, Dong songs, costumes and life scenes.
There is an experience hall for embroidery, batik and tie-dyeing in the backyard.
A glimpse of Dong village-music, painting, singing and dancing
There are cultural performances in Zhaoxing Dong Village with Dong culture as the main body. During the day, there are welcome activities at Zhaimen, and Dong people have folk songs with folk customs. Evening performances include songs, dances and plays.
A glimpse of Dong Village-the way to promote Dong Village
Dongzhai main street starts from Zhaimen in the scenic spot, passes through five drum towers and leads to Dongzhai bus station in Tang 'an. Sightseeing bus in the village passed by. Visitors who have bought tickets can come here by car for free.
The houses on both sides of the street are dry-column wooden buildings with inns, restaurants and various shops.
A considerable part of the busy streets are tourists. Not only local people do business here, but many of them are from other places. They are optimistic about the business opportunities here.
I like the paths on both sides of Zhaoxing River best.
Walking here, you can see the life of the Dong people.
Look at the clothes they are drying, the cloth dyed with Dong.
Sometimes you can see people fishing.
Watch them eat together. Look, Dong Gu's lights are on in turn.
This beautiful and quiet hut is nourished by Zhaoxing River, where the Dong Shi family recuperate. I like this quiet original ecology.
With the convenience of transportation and the influx of tourists, the life and economic model of Dong Village has been quietly changing, and many foreign merchants have entered Dong Village.
Their material life is richer than before. I hope their spiritual life is as simple, optimistic and uplifting as before.
When I left Dongcun, I was still not satisfied. Maybe I will come again.
