Four-faced Buddha in Thailand

The four-faced Buddhist altar in Bangkok, Thailand is one of the most prosperous religious strongholds in Thailand. It is located at the junction of Ratchadamri Road and Phloen Chit Road in Lovers Bay in downtown Bangkok, close to Grand Hyatt Hotel and sogou. It is said that 1956 Four Faces Buddha Hotel (the predecessor of Grand Hyatt Hotel) had a series of unfortunate accidents during its construction. According to his suggestion, the host invited Major General Rusuwei Shen Pei, who is said to have great vision in Thailand, to inspect and worship the Buddha all around, so it was safe and smooth.

Every year, many Buddhists and Hindus come here to worship, among which Hong Kong people and Singaporeans are the most. Believers believe that the four-faced Buddha is extremely effective. If the wishes come true after prayer, believers must prepare sacrifices, come here again to repay God's wishes, and even hire people to perform songs and dances themselves.
