Geological exploration department is the main department undertaking geological exploration projects in our institute, and also the professional and technical department of geological exploration work. For more than 30 years, we have focused on the general survey, detailed investigation and exploration of alunite, illite, pyrite, bentonite, kaolin, fluorite, phosphate rock, sericite and other non-metallic minerals, and submitted more than 80 geological reports successively. It has the qualifications of Grade A solid mineral exploration, Grade A mine geological survey, Grade B hydrogeology, engineering geology, environmental geology survey, Grade B geological disaster assessment and treatment scheme design, Grade C liquid mineral exploration, Grade C Zhejiang mineral resources development and utilization scheme, and Grade B mining right field verification. Geological Environment Branch was established in July 2009. A team specially set up by the geological exploration department from the geological exploration sub-bureau is specialized in the fields of geological disaster assessment, investigation, design and management. Due to the unreasonable mining of mines, the ecological environment has been destroyed, and geological disasters such as landslides, collapses, mudslides, ground collapses and subsidence have occurred frequently, causing serious losses to the lives and property of the country and people. As a public geological exploration unit, the institute decided to set up a geological environment branch, mainly engaged in geological disasters and environmental management. The business involves the assessment, survey, design and treatment of geological disasters, the delineation of areas prone to geological disasters such as fault zones, collapse columns, landslide areas and coal mine goaf, the investigation and evaluation of geothermal resources, the development and construction of wells, and the search for Quaternary ancient river courses and deep bedrock structures, karst water and coastal fresh water. Since its establishment, our institute has mainly completed the geological environment protection and restoration scheme of Futelai Mine in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, the mineral resources planning of jiande city (20 10-20 15), the mineral resources planning of qingtian county (2012015), the investigation of geothermal resources in Lin 'an and Zhejiang Province.
