Obviously, there are several possibilities:

1. There is no standardized vegetable elevator work manual in the hotel, which leads to irregular behavior of employees at work and accidents;

2. Irrelevant personnel mishandled the elevator, resulting in an accident.

3. An employee intentionally operated the elevator illegally, resulting in the death of 18-year-old man.

4. There is no smooth communication channel between employees upstairs and downstairs, which leads to the blocked dialogue between employees and the accident.

In either case, the hotel can't escape the blame. In addition to those who intentionally violate the rules, the hotel should take full responsibility.

After that, the hotel should at least do the following:

1. The use of elevators should be standardized, and unrelated people have no chance to approach and operate elevators.

2. After the specification is established, employees should be trained and rehearsed for many times until they are skilled. At the same time, explain the consequences of elevator misoperation to employees, and it is best to find relevant videos so that employees can have a more intuitive understanding.

3. Establish a duty system. When people use elevators, it should be clear at a glance and traceable. Once something goes wrong, you can find the relevant responsible person.

The safety of outdoor workplace is easy to attract attention, but the safety of office space is always ignored.

However, safety is no small matter, and small enterprises and units in China do not pay attention to it, which is an important reason for the tragedy.
