Is there no trace of hotel reservation?

"Non-trace reservation" refers to a reservation method in which a guest does not leave any personal information, including name, telephone number and ID number, when booking a hotel, so as to protect the privacy of the guest. Some hotels will provide seamless reservation service, but you need to contact the hotel in advance and pay the reservation fee. In this case, guests need to provide credit card information or account information of third-party payment platforms such as Alipay and WeChat to complete the payment. However, even if the reservation is made without trace, the hotel needs the guests to provide their identity documents for registration when they check in, which is the hotel management system stipulated by the state. Therefore, seamless booking does not mean that guests can completely avoid leaving personal information, but can reduce the amount of information left when booking.
