Carved flowers talk to themselves, and Gu Cheng's poems make people drunk without drinking.

I went to the bookstore on weekends and saw the new edition of Gu Cheng's poems. I bought one without hesitation. Gu Cheng's poems are beautiful and ethereal, with great artistic conception. They loved it as early as college, and some short poems can still be recited today. Reading it again, I look forward to the joy and beauty of meeting my old friend again, but when I read Dialogue with Carving Flowers, I almost exclaimed.

On Carving Flowers is a poem written by Gu Cheng in April 1980, especially for carving flowers. The poem is very long and reads like carving wine. Its fragrance is long and intoxicating. The whole poem is as follows:

My vault is full and smooth.

Store fire and spring water

Store amber thoughts

The juice of poetry, the aloes of dreams.

Vague requests and wishes

This memory comes from glutinous rice seeds.

Rough porcelain reflective rice seeds

The smell from the cellar and Chinese milk vetch

The skin color of nameless grass

The shadow and history of navigation are scattered in the soil.

At the moment when the red candle is swaying.

I was buried, not for.

Mourning is a living.

This is a custom brought by the monsoon.

This is also the secret of love on earth.

I heard falling leaves, plowing and crashing.

Hear the metamorphosis of cicadas and pupae

Hear the caress of earthworms and moles.

They imagined me as a huge round shell on the ancient coast.

However, my creator

Opening of row door and waist door

Broken wood is a child's bell.

Step by step, memory

I can't hear you.

Desire, mature in desire

Such as underground roots.

Forgotten by the sun, lacking the fruit to illuminate.

In an unbreakable seal

Brewed the most mellow love.

I fantasize about dizzy moments.

White hair and babbling laughter.

I'll try to call.

In a brief silence

Dissolve the starry sky and blue sky.

According to legend, the flower carving is a heartburn wine buried on the wedding day and opened in the year of the flower.

My vault is full and smooth.

Store fire and spring water

Store amber thoughts

The juice of poetry, the aloes of dreams.

Vague requests and wishes

In this poem, Gu Cheng becomes a wine carving. He is crazy about love, eager to hold your hand and grow old with your son in heaven. It is said that when Gu Cheng writes poetry, he seldom lies on the console table, but puts a small notebook and a pen on the pillow. The shadows, sights, interpretations and thoughts flying out of the fog are combined into words, sentences and a beautiful world. I can't help thinking, is this the way the Monologue of Carving Flowers is written? In the fragrance of wine, in the loyalty of love, in the beautiful legend, all this, like a flying swallow in the blue and warm sky in spring, always hovers in Gu Cheng's mind. Perhaps it has been brewing in his mind for too long, and his thoughts are flying like flowers and his poems are flowing.

"The juice of poetry, the amber thought, the secret of love on earth …" When Gu Cheng was intoxicated with it, he certainly didn't expect that many years later, a Shaoxing woman who also had an indissoluble bond with carving wine was deeply moved by his carving.

Shaoxing, located in the south of the Yangtze River, not only has a long cultural history and beautiful scenery, but also breeds wine suitable for Jiangnan people. This kind of wine is neither fiery old white dry wine, nor muddy and ambiguous rice wine, nor purple wine, but amber yellow wine. In the dim Xianheng Hotel, Kong Yiji in a gown stood in front of the counter with a bowl of warm rice wine and a plate of fennel beans, slowly experiencing the artistic conception ... This is probably the first reaction that many people think of when they mention Shaoxing yellow wine. Shaoxing yellow rice wine has always been talked about by people, and there are quite a few kinds of wine. According to the production process, it can be divided into red wine, rice wine, good wine and fragrant snow wine. Huadiao wine is the common name of Shaoxing yellow rice wine, which is named after the colorful sculpture decoration outside its jar. High-quality carved wine, usually Shaoxing yellow wine, has been stored in wine cellar or wine warehouse for many years. Daughter red and Zhuangyuan red should be regarded as a kind of carved wine, also commonly known as, evolved from ancient life customs.

Every beautiful thing has a story. There are many legends about Huadiao wine, only one of which is described in Gu Cheng's poems, and the legend of "Huadiao Marrying a Woman" has the most local characteristics in Shaoxing, reflecting the local customs. Shangyu people in Jin Dynasty in China recorded in detail in Southern Vegetation: "How old are southerners? They all make wine. When Hou Dongling's land was exhausted, they put it in a hip flask, put it firmly on it and put it in a pit. In spring, when the water is full, it stops. When a woman marries, it is a vicious drink for her guests. It is called female wine, and its taste is absolutely beautiful. " Those old "female wine" buried in the ground, the jars are carved and painted, so they are called "flower carving". Women's wine and flower carving is a banquet for their daughters when they get married, and it is a witness for their daughters to grow up. When drinking carved flowers, it is time to marry a woman. Shaoxing, Zhejiang has had this custom since ancient times. Daughter married, wine as a dowry, ready and sent to her husband's family. According to Shaoxing's old custom, the first three bowls of wine scooped from the altar should be dedicated to the father-in-law, the biological father and her husband, meaning to pray for a healthy life and a prosperous family. In this story, carving wine contains parents' deep feelings, expectations and good wishes for their married daughters.

There are different records of flower carving in history and legend, but it has witnessed people's love for it, and celebrities in past dynasties have also fallen for it. When Lu You, a famous patriotic poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, lived in the ancient town of Dongguan, he once wrote a famous sentence, "I only want to live in Dongguan when I move home, and watch the moon in the lake every night." Shaoxing Huadiao wine is really delicious, with soft quality, clear orange color, rich flavor and rich nutrition. It is a traditional famous wine recognized by China brewing industry, the most popular in international and domestic markets, and also the most characteristic of China. Moreover, its brewing technology is also a must in the world and a precious scientific and cultural heritage of the motherland. In the lunar calendar, wine medicine is made in July, wheat koji is made in August and wine is made in September. Winter brewing and spring pressing are the busiest. "Fingers are frozen in the jar, and yellow wine smells spring fragrance", from a grain of rice to a drop of alcohol, is the painstaking efforts and efforts of generations of brewers. It is said that all things are animistic, the creation of heaven and earth, and the god of all things. Shaoxing yellow rice wine is an excellent proof, and it is also the fulfillment of "one side nourishes one side, one side creates one side".

Autumn wind, makeup at the beginning of the month, flowers smell the wine at the beginning. Autumn is thick, people look at each other, and the family talks. Now that the summer heat has passed, Tianan people are idle and want to drink more, especially the old flower carving. Pour a cup, sip the fine products slowly, and experience the artistic conception in the dense aroma. You will find that the carved flower is gentle and full of toughness. Like soft silk, it lingers gently, infiltrates layer by layer, unconsciously penetrates into the heart and spleen, and goes deep into the bone marrow. People get drunk long before they get drunk!
