Can I cancel my hotel reservation?

After booking, you can cancel the reservation, but the cancellation of the reservation needs to meet the following requirements:

According to Meituan's service guarantee, there is unsubscribe guarantee only under the following circumstances.

5. You didn't actually check in or provide a real and valid check-in certificate, or the check-in person, city and date on the check-in certificate don't match the original order.

7. You didn't pay the room reservation fee.

8. Orders with securities trading risks, including but not limited to malicious bidding and peer payment, shall be decided by Meituan.

9. Group buying does not require an appointment, nor does it require verification of the electronic redemption code.
