Job responsibilities recruited by the Engineering Department:

1. Ensure the safety of all team members and guests, including understanding and complying with Universal Beijing Resort requirements, and proactively fulfill environmental, health and safety responsibilities by following current UBR? policies, procedures and training. Proactively manage safety issues, including conducting ongoing job safety analyses, ensuring appropriate personal protective equipment is used by relevant personnel, and regularly discussing safety issues with the team. Set safety improvement goals for the team, provide guidance to ensure goals are achieved, and communicate all goals to the team.

2. Work with supervisors on the development, implementation and continuous optimization of reliability processes, including data collection, data mining, reliability analysis, and provide improvement suggestions.

3. Lead all predictive maintenance (PdM) activities to identify potential failures, including thermal imaging inspections, ultrasonic inspections, vibration analysis and lubricant analysis, etc.

4. Work closely with the attraction maintenance department and support departments to optimize the overall maintenance plan to achieve optimal life cycle costs and minimal planned and unplanned downtime.

5. Develop and track the attraction reliability dashboard.

6. Establish and manage the daily and capital budget for the area of ??responsibility, including all capital and operating expenses required to achieve goals.

7. Lead PdM technical training and reliability knowledge and practice to the technical service department.

8. Complete other tasks assigned.
