There is a free bus from the Ritz-Carlton Osaka to Universal Studios, but the bus needs to be booked (it needs to be booked one day in advance, and the bus can take 45 people until it is full). Moreover, the direct bus is only for hotel guests. Non-resident guests do not accept reservations.
