Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon is one of the top ten most beautiful canyons in China. Many friends must want to see what such a spectacular grand canyon looks like. But for such a scenic spot, many people don't know how to play, which will waste time. So today I recommend a two-day tour of Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon!

Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon is located in Huguan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, 40 kilometers away from Changzhi City and 250 kilometers away from Taiyuan City, the capital of Shanxi Province. Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon is famous for its "majestic, strange, dangerous, secluded and beautiful". It is a national 4A scenic spot, a national forest park, a rock climbing base in China and a national geological park. It is also one of the top ten most beautiful canyons in China.

At present, the whole Grand Canyon Scenic Area is open to the outside world, including Baquan Gorge, Hongdu Gorge, Heilongtan, Zituan Mountain and Qinglong Gorge, which are distributed in the east-west direction along S225. You can enter from the east and west ends, and there are tourist centers at both ends. Huguan county is in the west of the scenic spot, and the eastern end of the scenic spot belongs to the boundary of Anyang, Henan Province.

Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Scenic Area, from Heilongtan and Zituan Mountain in the west, to Douxia and Baquan Gorge in the middle, and then to Qinglong Gorge in the east, is scattered in the Grand Canyon Scenic Area about 22 kilometers long. The west tourist center is more than 10 kilometers away from Heilongtan. More suitable for self-driving.

There are many kinds of scenic spots tickets, including single scenic spot tickets, two scenic spots tickets a day, and joint tickets.

We bought a scenic spot coupon, which includes five scenic spots and is valid for three days. When booking tickets online, you must pick them up at the visitor center. In addition, it seems that there are two joint tickets for scenic spots.

We entered from Huguan, Changzhi, in the west, and visited various scenic spots in turn from west to east.

The first day, Huguan-Visitor Center-Black Dragon Pool-Zituan Mountain-Hongdu Gorge-Qinglong Gorge.

The next day, Qinglong Gorge-Baquan Gorge-exit of tourist center-Huguan.

The first scenic spot is Black Dragon Pool and Zituan Mountain, which are adjacent to each other. Use the same parking lot. It is about12km from the West Visitor Center to the Black Dragon Pool Parking Lot.

If you only visit the Black Dragon Pool, two hours is enough. It takes about half an hour to take photos while playing from the scenic spot to the suspension bridge. Generally, after walking to the suspension bridge, you can go back by playing nearby.

If you go to both scenic spots, it will take at least five or six hours. Please be careful.

Mountain climbing is the main scenic spot of Zituan Mountain in Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon, and the tour time is about 4 hours.

Steep steps, no ropeway, poor physical strength and caution.

Zituan Mountain, named after an ancient natural cave on the mountainside, is said to spew clouds of purple gas from the mouth of the cave. We spent almost five hours in two scenic spots (one can be counted), Black Dragon Pool and Zituan Mountain. And our walking speed is faster.

It is recommended to visit Heilongtan in about two hours.

Hongdu Canyon is also a good scenic spot of the Grand Canyon. Named after Taxus chinensis, a rare tree species with a southern theme, it naturally grows in the mountains.

The scenic spots are a bit big. The route up the mountain, the route by sightseeing bus and the route on foot are completely different routes, that is, they pass through different scenic spots. You can choose up and down.

We spent more than two hours sightseeing and getting on and off the bus. The recommended tour time is 3-4 hours.

Leaving Hongdu Gorge and going forward, the next scenic spot should be Baquan Gorge, so it is more suitable to live in Baquan Gorge.

There are Red Bean Hotel, Baquanxia Hotel and several farmhouse inns nearby.

However, at that time, the accommodation in Baquan Gorge was very tight and I didn't book it. Seeing that there are many farmhouse inns in Qinglong Gorge and they are cheap (there is a village there), I booked them in Qinglong Gorge.

Qinglong Gorge is the easternmost scenic spot.

There is a big parking lot in Qinglong Gorge Scenic Area, next to a village. Almost every family has an inn (farmhouse), and the price is not expensive. Qinglong Gorge Scenic Area in Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon, known as "Natural geological museum", has the following main landscapes: Danbi Garden, Shouxing Waterfall, Lianhuatai, Shuanglong Waterfall, Yixiantian Cave, Maqizhai, Qinglong Lake, Jinjiling and Shuoshi Garden. The recommended tour time is 2-3 hours.

Baquan Gorge is the most spectacular and worth seeing in Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon. It takes more time to see this scenic spot, at least half a day.

Baquan Gorge is also the only scenic spot with an elevator going up the mountain, but there are still many ways to go after the elevator goes up the mountain.

In addition, there are cableways and cruise ships. All-round three-dimensional traffic.

Take the battery car-tunnel-wharf-boat-walk-cable car next station-cable car-cable car upper station-Jade Palace-walk-observation deck-elevator-foot of the mountain.

Of course, elevators, ropeways, boats and battery cars are all charged, and the whole traffic ticket is about 180 yuan (excluding tickets).

In this way, this scenic spot has become the most expensive scenic spot in the Grand Canyon.

Jade Palace and Baquan Gorge Scenic Area are the highest peaks. The altitude is about 1400.

I played at the top of the mountain for nearly half an hour, and then went down the mountain the same way.

By boat, it's different. Go in the other direction. You can take the cableway or walk. But you can't go out until you go down by boat.

It took us about 1.5 hours to walk from the entrance to the top of the mountain. It takes about 3 hours to walk.

Here, I spent two days in a hurry to visit five scenic spots in Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon. If you have time, you'd better spend three days. Of course, your physical strength is better.

There are hotels and a few farmhouses near Heilongtan (Zituan Mountain), Hongdu Gorge, Baquan Gorge and Qinglong Gorge, and there are many farmhouses near Qinglong Gorge.
