Why didn't you issue a hotel check-in memo?

Due to the following reasons, the hotel check-in memorandum may not be issued:

1. The hotel may not be willing to provide memo service for every guest, which may require extra manpower and time.

2. Some hotels may have regulations prohibiting giving memos to guests, which may be to protect the interests of hotels, such as preventing guests from using memos as reimbursement vouchers, but this reason may not be applicable to all hotels.

3. The issuance of the memorandum may need to meet certain conditions or requirements. For example, the running memo of the hotel usually includes the check-in time and check-out time of the guests, the deposit and payment amount, and the total amount should be consistent with the total amount of the invoice. Therefore, if the guest's accommodation information is incomplete or does not meet the requirements, the hotel may not be able to provide a memo.

If the guest needs to obtain the water bill of the hotel, it is suggested to communicate directly with the hotel to understand its policies and requirements so as to obtain the required water bill.
