Xinya is a hotel. Xinya used to be a hotel, both of which are famous shops in Shanghai. It used to be New Asia University. Now, after the transformation, Nanxinya Hotel was established, compared with Xinya. Both of them are run by Cantonese, Xinya is located at Tiantong Road, Sichuan North Road, and Xinya is located at Guizhou Road, Nanjing East Road. Both of them are mainly Cantonese cuisine. But customarily it refers to new Asia.
