The details include:

(1) fabricating and spreading price increase information to disrupt the market price order;

(two) in addition to production for personal use, a large number of goods with tight market supply and abnormal price fluctuations are hoarded, which exceeds the normal storage quantity or storage period and continues to be hoarded after being warned by the competent price department;

(3) using other means to drive up prices and push commodity prices to rise too fast or too high.

(4) Where an industry association or a unit providing services for commodity trading commits an illegal act as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, it may be fined not more than 500,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the registration authority shall cancel the registration and revoke the license according to law.

(5) Where other units other than those mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs spread false price increase information and disturb the market price order, which should be investigated and dealt with by other competent departments according to law, the competent price department may put forward suggestions for punishment according to law, and the relevant competent departments shall punish them according to law.

(three) without the approval of the relevant competent departments of the state, illegally engaged in securities, futures, insurance business, or illegally engaged in fund payment and settlement business;

(four) other illegal business activities that seriously disrupt the market order.
