I think this is a naughty operation. Everyone knows that operation is sales. Sales rely on commission and basic salary to eat. If you don't become a frequent visitor, you won't get a commission.

5 management confusion

6. The coordination among various departments is serious.

Because it is a modular operation, you have to deal with other departments. Maybe you were still communicating with people a few days ago, and someone changed in a few days.
