There are risks in operating various industries, and operators should operate legally. The business scope of registered hotels includes: hotel management; Receiving passengers' accommodation; Catering service; Retail of alcohol, food, dairy products and daily necessities. (Projects subject to approval according to law can only be operated after approval by relevant departments). General hotels not only provide accommodation services, but also provide catering services and wine sales. Some hotels also provide sauna massage and bathing services. Applicants should refer to the classification of national economic industries, select one or more subcategories, middle categories or large categories, and independently apply for business scope registration. For emerging industries or specific business projects that are not standardized in the national economic industry classification, you can refer to policy documents, industry habits or professional documents to apply.

Article 5 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Business Scope of Enterprises: To apply for a project business license, an application shall be submitted to the examination and approval authority in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions. After approval, an application shall be submitted to the enterprise registration authority with the approval documents and certificates. If the examination and approval authority has restrictions on the operating period of the licensed project, the registration authority shall register the operating period, and the enterprise shall engage in business within the operating period approved by the examination and approval authority. To apply for general business projects, the applicant shall independently select one or more business categories with reference to the classification of national economic industries and relevant regulations, and apply for registration directly to the enterprise registration authority according to law.
