Yoshiaki Tsutsumi’s life is legendary. In 1935, he was born in Japan into a wealthy family with connections in politics and business. His father Yasujiro Tsutsumi founded the family business "Seibu Group" and laid a good foundation in Japan's political and business circles. Due to disagreements with his eldest son and second son, Tsutsumi Yasujiro put all his energy on his younger son Tsutsumi Yoshiaki and taught him the business methods.

Afterwards, Yoshiaki Tsutsumi successively built leisure hotels and tourist resorts in many places in Japan. Among them, there are 7 Prince Hotels in Tokyo alone, among which Akasaka Prince Hotel and Tokyo Prince Hotel are internationally renowned super hotels. It is particularly worth mentioning that the Seibu Department Store located in Ikebukuro Station, Tokyo, is as big as an entire street. Someone once tried to spend 10 hours browsing this super large department store, but the result was just a quick glance.
