Li Yuan, the founding emperor of the Tang Dynasty, was born in Ji Cheng, Gansu Province, and his ancestral home was Zhao County, Zhao State, Hebei Province.

Li Tang Dynasty philologist and calligrapher. The word Shao Wen comes from Zhao Jun (now Zhao County, Hebei Province). When the yuan dynasty was dry, it was ordered by Jinyun that the official would be supervised. Be an uncle to Li Bai. Li Jifu (758-8 14) was born in Zhao County, Hebei Province. Tang Xianzong is the Prime Minister and a geographer of local chronicles. Dezong was then a doctor of Taichang and a state secretariat. After Xian Zong ascended the throne, he was promoted from a doctor to a calligrapher in China. He participated in the planning of the rebellion in Liu Pi, and was the deputy history of the Southern Festival in Ping Jian. In the second year of Yuanhe (807), assistant minister Ren Zhongshu and Pingzhang planned the history of Li Qi's pacifying Zhenhai Festival, and changed 36 buffer regions in more than a year, weakening their power. In the same year, he served as the ambassador of Huainan, and built two pools for the rich and the poor in gaoyou county (now Gaoyou, Jiangsu) to irrigate nearly 10,000 mu of farmland. In six years (8 1 1 year), when he became prime minister again, he laid off 800 redundant officials and 1400 officials. It was suggested that Xianzong crusade against Wu Yuanji's rebellion in the west of Huai River, and let Weber make Tianxing obey the court. History books call him an important "minister of latitude and longitude". He is knowledgeable, and the Yuanhe County Annals compiled by him is the earliest existing geographical general annals in China. The 40-volume book describes the evolution, household registration, Sifang, Eighth Road, mountains, rivers, tributes and even places of interest in the Tang Dynasty before Tang Xianzong eight years (8 13), and draws a map, which is listed at the top of each volume. The pictures in this book have been lost, and most of the words still exist.
