In the lawsuit, the parents of plaintiff Xiao Bin claimed that on September 29th, 2007, nine people from Xiao Bin signed a domestic tour contract with Beijing Youth Travel Service, stipulating that nine people, including Xiao Bin, would take a two-day tour of the grassland on Fengning Bashang organized by the defendant on June 5438+1October 65438+1October 2, 2007.

However, after arranging for tourists to rent mountain bikes, Beijing Youth Travel Service did not explain the driving precautions and amusement scope to tourists, and tourists were not accompanied by tour guides.
