Installation height of shower head

The installation height of shower head can be divided into two types according to the type of shower head: hidden type and exposed type.

First of all, the hidden shower head

Hiding the shower head is a way to expose only one shower head, and the shower panel exposed to the water is buried in the wall and cannot be seen. The center of the wall outlet receiving the shower head should be about 2. 1m from the ground. The distance between the shower control switch and faucet and the ground should be controlled at about1.1m. This is also the most common installation height of sprinklers.

Second, the exposed lifting rod shower

This kind of shower is our common product, which is installed outside the wall. Generally speaking, the height of the sprinkler with exposed fare increase rod is judged by taking the water surface as the datum. The best distance between shower head and horizontal plane is 2m. In the actual installation, we should make a specific judgment according to the actual height standard of the user. Generally speaking, the height of the shower head should be just enough for the user to reach his fingertips when he raises his arm. But the installation should not be too low, so as not to hurt your fingers when waving your arms in the shower.

Note that the switch of the noodle shower nozzle is buried with hot water on the left side and cold water on the right side. Don't make mistakes. The center distance between the left and right water outlets is150 mm. During construction, pay attention to the wall socket must be flush with the surface of ceramic tile. The water pipe inside can't be crooked, so it must face the wall.

Installation height of shower head

1. Height of nozzle mixing valve from the ground: Generally, we control the distance of nozzle mixing valve from the ground within the height range of 90~ 100cm. In this range, we can also make fine adjustments according to our height. But generally it should not be higher than 1 10cm. If it is too high, the lifting pipe of the shower head may not be installed.

2. Reserved height of shower faucet: When laying pipes, first of all, consider the reserved position, which is generally 15mm higher than the blank wall, so that the thread ends can be buried when tiling, and the wall is beautiful.

3. The reserved space of the inner elbow of the shower: the reserved space of the inner elbow of the shower is generally around 10~ 15cm.

Water pressure adjustment of sprinkler

Adjust the water pressure when installing the shower. This mainly depends on the strength of the water pressure at home. Generally, the water pressure at home is around 1.5 kg. So basically, you don't have to worry too much about the shower head bursting because of the high water pressure. When the water pressure is too high, two triangle valve can be used to buffer the water pressure. The water pressure is too small, which will affect the normal spraying effect of the shower head.

Installation method of shower head

1. Determine the installation hole: measure the installation hole with a ruler and then trace the hole spacing size with a black pen under the contrast between the mixing valve and the lifting rod of the shower.

2. Drill holes and install joints: drill holes according to the dimensions described above with a drilling machine, and install an S-shaped joint, which can adjust the direction and facilitate the connection with the shower faucet. The joint should be wrapped with raw material tape, and the number of turns should not be less than 30, which can prevent the water pipe from leaking. Install the shower lifting seat and eccentric wheel, and then cover the decorative cover.

3. Mounting bracket: Take out the shower faucet, put the foot pad into the nut, then connect it with the S-shaped elbow joint, and tighten the nut completely with a wrench. Use a spirit level to measure whether the faucet is installed horizontally.

4. Install the hose: connect the stainless steel hose of the small shower with the change-over switch, and fix the connection between the other end of the hose and the small shower by hand.

5. Fixing: connect the top spray with the top of the bracket and fix it with a wrench.
