I. General situation of natural environment for water body restoration

Xiushui county is located in the upper reaches of Hexiu in the northwest of Jiangxi Province, between Mufu Mountain Range and Jiuling Mountain Range. It is the center of nine counties (Wuning, Jing 'an, Fengxin, Yifeng, Tonggu, Pingjiang, Tongcheng, Chongyang and Tongshan) in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. With a total area of 4,504 square kilometers, the county is the most extensive county in Jiangxi Province, and it is a mountainous county with "eight mountains, half water, one field and half roads". The county has a population of 800,000 and governs 18 township and 18 town.

The county seat is surrounded by mountains, with hills in the middle. The highest elevation1716.5m is at Shanmen Gorge in the east, and the lowest elevation is 75m at the exit of Hexiu River in the northeast. The surrounding terrain is high and the middle is low. Mufu Mountain in the northwest and Jiuling Mountain in the southeast are surrounded by each other, making the hinterland a basin that has been open to the northeast. Mufu Mountain winds from Huanglong Mountain in the west to Sun Mountain in the north, forming a natural barrier between Jiangxi and Hubei. Jiuling Mountain in the southeast is the watershed between He Xiu and Jinjiang. He Xiuhe is one of the five major rivers in Jiangxi Province, and it is also the only river without pollution sources and pollution. Huanglong Mountain, which originated in the west of the county, runs through the whole territory from west to east and flows into Poyang Lake through Wuning and Yongxiu, with a total length of 354km. The inland river in this county is 134 km long. The blasphemous water and gurgling water in the west originate from Huanglong Mountain, flow through several towns in this county, then cross Pingjiang River in Hunan and enter Dongting Lake. Xiushui belongs to subtropical humid monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, rain and heat in the same period, mild climate and abundant rainfall. Average annual temperature 16.5℃, average annual sunshine 1680h, average frost-free period of 247 days, and average annual precipitation 16 17mm. The landform is diverse, the climatic conditions are superior, the natural resources are abundant, the hydropower resources are abundant, the minerals are complete, the distribution is wide, the scale is large, and the grade is high, especially gold, tungsten, stone coal and porcelain clay. Xianglushan tungsten ore ranks first in Asia and second in China. The territory is mountainous, the forest coverage rate is over 70%, the soil organic matter content is high, and the ecological environment is unique, so it is a natural tea-growing area.

Xiushui has been rich in natural scenery resources since ancient times, such as "the mountains and rivers are deep enough to swim", "the westward tour of great rivers is the best in the world, and Zhong Xiuduo in Fenning County, Hongzhou". The majestic Huanglong Mountain, rugged rocks, waterfalls like a rainbow, ancient pine and autumn songs, misty clouds, Xia Wei, spectacular scenery, reaching its peak, three provinces stepping on the foot, Dongting Lake take in everything in a glance. At the foot of the mountain, there are Buddhism Huanglong Zongzuting Huanglong Temple, Taiqing Hot Spring and Mingshui Waterfall. The ever-changing county town is "Daoshan stretches south, Fengshan is at the northern foot, and Xiushui is magnificent" and "Xiushui is the first mountain". Nanshan stands on the cliff near the water, with dangerous cliffs, towering old trees and vines all over the ground, and the beautiful scenery is natural. There are also mysterious Qingshui Cave, peculiar Dongling Stone Forest, exquisite Jiabu Cave and magnificent Xiangyun Waterfall.

Huanglong Temple, the ancestral temple in the scenic spot, was granted three times in the past dynasties, and it still exists today, and the incense is flourishing. Influenced by Huang, Japanese Buddhist circles often send people to pay their respects at Huanglongzu Temple. Huanglong Mountain is rich in no less than 70? For the convenience of tourists, there are many different styles of leisure summer resorts and hot springs in the scenic area, which are ideal places for people to spend their holidays. The climbing festival of Huanglong Mountain and the specific Buddhist festivals of Huanglong Temple held in March every year will attract a large number of tourists. The main landscapes in the scenic area are: Longwangfeng, Longqiaochi, Sword Test Stone, Mingshui Waterfall, Cliff Stone Carving in Huanglong Temple, Liu Pan Tomb, Rhino Moon Watching, Shi Tian Sanmu, Taiqing Hot Spring, Jade Emperor Hall, Stone Tortoise Wen Song and Bagua Stone.

Longwangfeng: Located at the top of Huanglong Mountain at an altitude of 15 1 1 m, it stops at the top of the mountain, looking around the mountains, and there are clouds under its feet. On a cool day, you can see Dongting Lake in the west and Poyang Lake in the east, which is refreshing, just like entering a fairyland.

Cliff Stone Carvings in Huanglong Temple: The literati and poets in Huanglong Temple have sung songs, and there are also rare handwriting handed down from generation to generation. Huang Tingjian, the founder of Jiangxi Poetry School, wrote Lingyuan, Huanglong Mountain and Fadong. Many stone carvings are listed as provincial key cultural relics protection units.

Longqiuchi: Located about 300 meters northwest of Longwangfeng, it is a 2-foot square well. That is, Shimalong Wangjing. Well water is sweet and never dries up all year round. "Yi Ning Zhou Zhi" contains "There are dragons on the top of the mountain, and there are two yellow croaker in it, which can cause wind and rain". Huanglong Mountain was named after it.

2. The Millennium Ancient Town-Zhajin

Zhajin Town, located in the western hinterland of xiushui county, is an important town in the border area of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. It is about 220 kilometers away from Changsha, Wuhan and Nanchang. The ancient town is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with beautiful environment and antique. It is a thousand-year-old town integrating historical sites, memorial shrines and natural landscapes. During the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, the city was built, which was called Aihouguo in ancient times and has a history of more than 2,000 years.

Zhajin Town is the cradle of ancient Ai culture, the birthplace of Buddhist culture, the base of the Central Soviet Area, and a national demonstration town for the construction of ecological small towns. The Shang and Zhou ruins in Longgangping, Zhajin Town, created an ancient "Ai" culture of 2000 years. In 2002, the Doulu Temple, rebuilt by the abbot of Zen Master Fazhao, a monk, was huge and magnificent, and it was an important place to hold Buddhist activities in the surrounding areas. During the revolutionary period, Peng, Teng and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation personally commanded the battle in Zhajin Town, and there are many revolutionary sites. 1006 martyrs are buried in Zhajin Martyrs Cemetery. The names of Mr. Xu Hua and other martyrs are engraved on the tombstone. A martyrs pavilion is built in front of the tomb, and a statue of martyrs is erected. It is a revolutionary tradition and patriotic education base. The territory of Longfeng Mountain is magnificent and is its natural barrier. Beautiful river repair passes through the territory; Precious tree species such as Cinnamomum camphora, ancient fir, Lycopodium, and exotic brown can be seen everywhere, and the natural environment is well protected, which is a model for the construction of ecological towns in China. The main landscapes are: Gu 'ai ruins, natural scenery of Long 'anzhai, Doulv Temple, Martyrs Cemetery, Shiren Cave, Shiren Peak, Longgang Ping, Shimen Xiushui, Wanshou Palace and so on.

Doulv Temple: It is grand in scale and imposing. There is a great hall for the emperor Qianlong to rest comfortably, and there are landscapes and buildings such as the wing, the clothing pavilion, the three-eye bridge, Bailuo Mountain, the heart-testing ladder, the sword-testing stone, the Wangongchi and Dingfu Mountain Villa.

Martyrs Cemetery: Covering an area of more than 30 mu, there are towering trees, egrets nesting, tombstones, martyrs pavilions, martyrs statues, memorial archways and 89 stone steps.

Stone Man Peak: Two stone statues, one tall and one short, one standing and one sitting, one in front and one behind, take care of each other. Legend has it that they are the embodiment of monks and Taoists. Zhiyun: "There are human-like stones at the mouth of the cave. At the age of 20, people who asked for rain in the drought painted their first rain with mud. "

3. He Xiu Tourist Scenic Area

Provincial scenic tourist areas. He Xiuhe and its coastal areas, from Shuangjing Village in xiushui county to Yangmeidu Village, are about 36 kilometers long. The "Daguang" expressway can go directly to the scenic spot. It is within 230 kilometers from Nanchang, Jiujiang, Changsha and Wuhan. It is a comprehensive tourist attraction integrating sightseeing, leisure and vacation. The scenic spot 1995 was approved by Jiangxi Provincial People's Government in July, and was planned again in 2005 for further development and construction.

The overall planning area of the scenic spot is about 70 square kilometers, mainly taking the 36-kilometer Hexiu Sightseeing Corridor as the line, and taking the valley hometown scenic spot, wetland wild interest scenic spot, Xiushui folk scenic spot, outdoor development scenic spot, Baozi Wang Gui scenic spot, Shilin cave scenic spot and Yangmeidu ancient camphor group scenic spot as the points, which is called "a string of seven pearls".

There is a crystal-clear river in the scenic area, and the vegetation along the coast keeps the natural and original ecological style. There are Song Dynasty poet and calligrapher Huang Tingjian's former residence, tombs and cliff stone carvings. There is the Xiushui Memorial Hall of the Autumn Harvest Uprising (the former site of the first division headquarters and regimental headquarters of the First Army of the Workers and Peasants Revolutionary Army). There are beautiful and mysterious stone forest caves in Zhong Ling, as well as thousands of acres of peach and pear forests. There are more than 65,438+000 scenic spots in this area, among which the famous ones are visiting tea with double wells, catching the moon with stones, leisure herons with grass trails, Shili Xiushui, Jingyang Wild Crossing, Yunyan Xiao Zhong, fishing boats singing late, holding their children and looking at home, etc., which are collectively called "Eight Scenes of River Repair".
