All luggage is taken out.

Hand the room card or key to the front desk and inform you to check out. According to Chinese laws, hotels should clearly display the room price and accommodation time settlement method in a prominent position in the front lobby, or confirm that the above information has been notified to guests in an appropriate manner. Express hotels basically check out at 12 noon.

The front desk informed the housing department staff to unsubscribe the room, inspected the room, checked for missing items, and reported it to the front desk. If everything goes well, the deposit will be refunded at the front desk. If any items are damaged, compensation will be required.
