2. Maintenance and damage treatment: the hotel usually has clear compensation regulations for the damage caused by the use of guests;

3. Washing facilities and technology: Introduce the washing equipment and cleaning agents used in the hotel, as well as the technology for treating various stains;

4. Room service personnel training: including room service standards, cleaning skills and customer communication skills;

5. Room inspection and quality control: ensure that the cleaning and maintenance of rooms meet hotel standards and provide a comfortable accommodation environment.

To sum up, the guests accidentally caused stains on the sheets during their stay in the hotel. If the sheets can be washed, there is no need to pay compensation. However, if the washing can't be restored and can't be used any more, the guest should compensate the hotel for the corresponding actual value loss, so as to fulfill the tort liability of causing other people's property losses due to his fault.
