Notes on climbing Huashan Mountain:
1. Before climbing, you usually eat some hungry and high-calorie foods. Most people will choose rice, stir-fried vegetables, and more meat. To increase calories, it is recommended not to eat pasta, because eating pasta makes you thirsty easily. When you go up the mountain, you really want to drink water. If you eat pasta, you will have unimaginable consequences. ?
2. Never bring large luggage up the mountain, because on the way up the mountain, you will wish that everything you brought is full of water! In terms of food, it is recommended to eat foods that are high in calories, small in size, and light in weight, such as chocolate, compressed biscuits, and ham sausages. 3. When you are thirsty, take a small sip to moisten your throat and keep your mouth moist. Do not drink too much and cannot find the toilet. ?
4. Things on the mountain will be very expensive, because they are all carried up to the top of the mountain on the shoulders of porters, so please don’t waste it when eating. It is recommended to eat some hot food, which is good for the stomach. The most affordable food on the mountain, if you don’t count the ones you brought up from the mountain, is boiled eggs, which cost one yuan each. 5. When climbing, you can talk to the porters of Huashan and feel their optimistic attitude towards life, which can also enhance your motivation for mountaineering. 6. After climbing the South Peak, you can get a pendant for free with your Huashan ticket near Alchemy Peak.
