I have been engaged in hotel management for a year, and like everyone else, from being a soldier to now, I have sat down and listened to it, and I have said it myself, and it seems very annoying in conferences and small meetings. But this is determined by the nature of the industry we are engaged in. "There is no big problem in management, and there is no small problem in the hotel." If a guest complains, supervisors, managers, and CEOs will go to "put out the fire". When these things happen, meetings are inevitable.

My personal view on meetings is: a meeting is not about whether it is more or less, but whether it is necessary; a meeting is not about whether it is long or short, but whether the problem is solved; a meeting is not about who speaks, but whether it is implemented after the meeting in place.
