Dashiban Village is located in the northeast of Longquan Township, adjacent to Qianjiakongshan Village in the east, Qianjin Village in the south, Tongchiba in the west and Anshan Village in the north. It is 7 kilometers away from the seat of township government. There are seven villagers' groups in the village, namely, Xianfeng, Chiba, Xianba, Yu Jia, Li Jia, Dashiban and Yantou, with a total population of 1353, including non-agricultural population of 1345 and 24 in party member, with a total land area of 6.75 square kilometers, including 904.64 mu of cultivated land and a total production value of 3.6 million yuan. Rich in water conservancy and forestry resources and convenient transportation, it is the only way from Longquan to Shaxi and Wuchuan. 2011At the beginning of June, the county transportation bureau invested 3150,000 yuan to implement the highway hardening and reconstruction project in Dashiban Village. Dashiban village mainly grows rice, corn, pepper, flue-cured tobacco, tea and animal husbandry as its economic income. Dashiban Village is rich in mineral resources, and the "stone processing enterprise" has been put into production, which is a good place for investment. The village is dominated by scenic spots, including Liangfengdong, Longbixi, Mysterious Ancient Temple and Dashibanyingpan Site in Qing Dynasty. The tourism prospect is very broad and the tourism potential is huge.

Near Dashiban Village are Dejiang Baiguotuo National Wetland Park, Dejiang Maer River Canyon, Fengxi Conference Site, Millennium Shenshu (Nanmuwang), Gaojiawan Efficient Agricultural Tourism Scenic Area and other tourist attractions. There are Dejiang Gastrodia elata, Dejiang Kiwifruit, Tongren mung bean powder, Tujia black tea, Dejiang Ginkgo and other specialties.
