Introduction to Jingfeng International

Jingfeng International Center is conceptually and schematically designed by the American CORE DESIGN GROUP Company, and constructed by Beijing Construction Engineering Group. The building has complete functions, advanced facilities, and flexible space; it is a five-star hotel and apartment-style building. It is a large-scale comprehensive ecological intelligent building integrating hotel and office functions. The total construction area is 54834.39 square meters, with 35 floors above ground, 3 floors underground, and a building height of 120 meters; the 1st to 7th floors are hotels, and the 1st to 3rd floors of the podium are equipped with a reception desk, lobby, coffee shop, Western restaurant, Hotel public rooms and ancillary service rooms for conferences, lunches, etc.

The entire building facade has a simple and bright shape. The contrast between the virtual and the real materials formed by glass curtain wall, stone and other materials gives the entire building an international and pioneering high-quality image.

The 8th to 35th floors of Jingfeng International Center are apartment-style hotels. The apartment-style hotels adopt a fully central air-conditioning system, complete and advanced supporting facilities, and are designed with a variety of suites with flexible space. It is an ideal choice for business office, residential and investment customers; the project entrusts an international hotel management company to conduct property and hotel management, which will provide customers with world-class comprehensive services.
