It is convenient to park in Geleshan. There is a parking lot at No.77, Senxiang Road, Geleshan Town, and there is also a parking lot at Yinqiuming Leisure Hotel outside the Forest Park.

Gele Mountain belongs to Zhongliang Mountain, a branch of Huaying Mountain Range in Daba Mountain. It extends southward to Shapingba District of Chongqing and is called Gele Mountain. It is between10623' 52 "e-10626' 42" n-2929' 30 "n-2944' 50". It spans Zhongliang Town and Geleshan Town in Shapingba District of Chongqing. It's northeast-southwest. It is 22.6 kilometers long and 4.6 kilometers wide. It runs northeast-southwest, starting from the top of the sharp slope in the north and reaching Wangjiangtai in the south. The altitude is generally between 500-700 meters, and the height decreases from northeast to southwest according to the mountain trend. Genting Tiangong, the main peak, is 693 meters above sea level, which is the highest point in Shapingba, Chongqing and its adjacent areas. The coordinate origin of Chongqing was built on the top of Genting Temple.
