Piaoting restaurant in Kyoto, Japan is a Michelin three-star restaurant, but why is it famous for breakfast?

Piaoting is a famous Shi Huai restaurant in Kyoto and the only Michelin-starred restaurant famous for breakfast. There is no menu in the shop, only porridge set meal, the most famous of which is his boiled eggs. Don't underestimate this egg. Eat it and you will know what the peak is. I have to say that the Japanese craftsmanship is really admirable.

Drink a glass of plum water before eating. Sour taste will awaken dull taste buds in the morning and prepare for delicious food.

Appetizers are served first, but there is the main event "Gone with the Wind Eggs"! !

Be sure to put more close-ups of eggs! ! The third photo is a live photo, which can fully see the fluidity of egg yolk, but unfortunately it can't be seen on WeChat. Let's make up for it ourselves. In short, it's too tender. It's just eggs. Drop a little soy sauce into the yolk, and the salty taste of the egg better sets off the umami taste of the egg and masks the fishy smell (although Japanese eggs have no fishy smell).

The side dishes are also exquisite and delicious. At the top left is sesame sauce mixed with shredded cucumber, just so so; On the top right are eggplant, octopus feet and gluten. Eggplant is watery, and the sauce on it is a bit like a mixture of egg yolk and sweet soy sauce, which has the taste of salty egg yolk rustling and is particularly delicious; Bran gluten is also recommended, which is particularly solid and strong, a bit like the taste of fish tofu (also available in shopping malls); On the lower right is boiled fish in clear soup, which is delicious, comfortable and light in taste.

Next, the main course, yes, is rice porridge. Porridge is not novel, but because Japanese rice is delicious, it is thick and mellow. But the sauce is special! I specifically asked the shop assistant that it was made of rice soup with soy sauce and salt. Bright as silk, fresh, salty and mellow, it can taste as delicious as fish. Really super awesome.

And a bowl of bean curd soup. Tofu in Kyoto is super famous, so tofu will appear at almost every meal. Fortunately, it's really delicious, and I won't get tired of eating every meal.

Summer limited products are added separately from the package. 1000 yen, not cheap, but the taste is too general. I advise you not to add it.

Piaoting has its own pavilion and another pavilion. I booked this pavilion, but this pavilion doesn't accept single reservation, so I was arranged in another pavilion, but everything is the same. This breakfast is only 4,500 yen (6,000 yen in our museum), which is really cheap for Michelin Samsung, and the cost performance is quite high, especially the scooped eggs, which will be unforgettable.
